Return & Refund Policy

At Bobaea, we stand behind the quality of our home organization products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help with an easy and transparent return process.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned.

To start a return:

Please contact us at help@bobaea.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to buyer preference (e.g. change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • Your order number

We'll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items that have been used or altered

  • Custom or special-order items
